In addition to her role as owner and CEO, Glenna is an adjunct professor in the horticulture program at Finger Lakes Community College [FLCC] where she shares her expertise on cannabis cultivation regulations. With her extensive knowledge and hands-on experience, and holding multiple licenses as a cannabinoid cultivator, processor, distributor and retailer, as well as an adult-use cannabis cultivator and processor, Glenna is committed to shaping the next generation of industry professionals. Through her involvement in workforce development initiatives and committees, she strives to foster a community of informed, compliant and empowered individuals within the cannabinoid and cannabis supply chain and ecosystem.
